Your email address is stored securely through Netlify Forms, our form processing provider. Netlify is SOC 2 Type II certified and uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
When we connect an email marketing service (such as Mailchimp), your email will be transferred to that service solely for the purpose of sending you the updates you signed up for. That service will be bound by its own privacy policy and industry-standard data protection practices.
